1.   The students have to pay the dues/fee till 10th of every month to avoid penalty. If the dues are unpaid, till the prescribed date, a fine of Rs 50/day till 20th of that month will be applicable. Fee defaulters for consecutive two months will be struck off from the school.
2.   The student should accompany the lunch box with him/her in the morning. We won’t be able to entertain if the lunch box is brought once the school has started.
3.   The students should come neat and clean in proper uniform as the uniform, nails, hair are checked by the section heads on daily basis. If the negligence on the part of parents is noticed for continuously three days, the student will pay a fine of Rs 100 for improper uniform, untrimmed nail or uncut hair.
4.   Make sure that your child adheres to the timings, the child has to pay a fine of Rs 100/day for coming late.
5.   Absence from school without a valid reason will be considered as truancy.
6.   Skipping of paper is not allowed in any case. However, on the grounds of a serious issue, a student has to submit the application to re-conduct the missed paper. He/she will pay Rs 1000/ paper on the prescribed date.
7.   The student should demonstrate excellent behavior and manners while attending the school. If any bad bahaviour is noticed by the management, he will be fined or will be suspended from the school for three days.
8.   The student has to complete 85% attendance to sit in the annual examination of 9th and 10th classes. If he/she remains irregular, the school management will not send his/her admission.
9.   The students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any other expensive electronic items to the school.
10.  The notebooks of the students should be covered nicely with transparent plastic sheet.
11.  Parents should check the notebooks, diary, stationery and books on a daily basis so that they could provide the missing items to their child.
12.  No jewelry is allowed to the girls. Besides, they should use only black hair pins and clips to tie their hair.
13.  The student should participate in all the monthly and term tests. If he remains absent from any test, he will not qualify for the seat of Class Captain/School Captain.
14.  The students will not exchange gifts with their class mates and even we strongly condemn the act of presenting gifts to the teachers.
15.  Misbehaviour with any staff member or any other student is noticed very seriously and the student will be issued a warning letter.
       1st Offense: Warning letter
       2nd Offense: Warning letter with fine
       3rd Offense: Rustication from the campus
       After two warnings: third warning will be considered as rustication from the campus.
16.  If the parents have a complaint against bookshop owner, canteen owner regarding quality and quantity of items or overpricing, etc. they should forward their complaint in written form to the School Administrator. Shouting or misbehavior with anyone will not be tolerated.
17.  Mobile phones are not allowed.
