Currently, Cordial School System has a staff of 35 highly qualified and experienced teachers for all four sections. Highly trained, foreign qualified and highly skilled faculty has been appointed to make the educational process truly fruitful for the students. Experts and trainers evaluate the performance of the staff and guide them where it is needed. Before hiring a faculty member, he/she goes through a written test and demonstration. Demonstration is conducted in the presence of honorable director Mrs. Rubina Rafaqat and Cordial HR team. The criteria for demonstration of a teacher are as under:

Cordial School System is a day school and set in a spacious area ranging up to 1.5 acres of land in Lahore Motorway City. The management has provided all state-of-the-art educational facilities as well as to attain Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4). All sporting facilities are also provided to the students to ensure their sportsmanship and physical health. Furthermore, school transport service is available for the students to facilitate the busy parents who cannot pick/drop their children timely.
